Terms of Service

General

  • By transferring payment you are agreeing to the stated terms of service.

  • The stated terms relate to non-commercial projects. They are subject to revisions, edits, and adjustments without notice. Please ensure that you understand these terms in full before commissioning me.

  • I have the right to refuse any commission requests based on my own discretion.

Payment

  • Payment is required up front taken via Paypal invoice or via Ko-Fi.

  • Once work has begun on the sketch only partial refunds will be allowed. Once the lineart is agreed upon by the commissioner than no refunds will be allowed.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any given time for any reason. Inappropriate or rude/pushy behavior, being unable to communicate properly for any reason or for an extended period of time, and any other actions that fall within these constraints.

Edits & Revisions

  • The allotted major revision amount is 3. After this there will be an incurred fee of $10 for each major change.

  • Any requested adjustments need to be sent ASAP to the artist. Ensure to note all requested adjustments in one communication to minimize the use of the allotted revisions.

  • All major revisions should be done during the sketch stage. This will be the longest phase to account for these changes.

  • Any mistakes made at the fault of the artist will be corrected at any stage.

  • Mistakes made due to lacking updated visuals (such as an outdated supplied reference) or using outdated information are not considered the fault of the artist. Revisions based on these mistakes will count towards the allotted revisions.

  • If major elements of the image (poses/clothing/etc.) are considered to be wrong by the commissioner at a late stage of the process then the artist is not considered at fault. A fee will be incurred to correct these issues.

  • Minor adjustments will be made with no additional cost. If they exceed an acceptable amount of revisions a fee may be incurred.

Image Rights

  • The artist retains the right to display the commissioned work as a part of their portfolio. The commissioner can request that the image not be attached to their name to retain privacy.

  • If the commissioner wants the image to not be shared as part of the artist's portfolio there will be a fee incurred to withhold the image.

  • The artist retains all rights to the work, including all stages of the piece such as concept images, sketches, or work in progress images. These rights extend to the usage of these images in commercial items such as prints or merchandise.

  • Work in progress images cannot be shared directly by the commissioner in a gallery or public place without permission from the artist.

  • Images created of copyright properties will retain their original copyright. The completed work will be copyright of the artist.

  • The image cannot be modified by the commissioner or any other persons without permission of the artist.

  • The completed image may be shared by the commissioner with proper links or attribution to the artist only.

  • The image may be used for personal, non-commercial use with proper credits to the artist.

Deadlines

  • The artist will give an estimate of how long a piece will take before a commission is started. Any delays will be given to the commissioner in a timely manner.

  • Special deadline request from the commissioner must be brought up during the initial discussion period. Informing the artist of such deadlines after the initial discussion may incur a fee to have the piece rushed.

  • The artist will communicate any delays or issues to the commissioner. Commissioners have the right to ask about the status of their commission. However requesting multiple updates in a week is not advised.

Things I Will Not Draw

  • Anything that requires an exact likeness of a person.

  • NSFW images.

  • Fetishes.

This is an evolving list and may change at any time. If I am uncomfortable with what you want me to draw or feel it is outside of my skill level I will decline the commission.
